Need better quality control, but CS outstanding

5 shells out of the box were missing bbs and there were quite a few rolling around in the box. this was in 1 box out of 4 purchased. Fiocchi customer service refunded both boxes and told me to keep them all. 5 stars for customer service. I must note that Grafs contacted me first and then contacted Fiocchi CS for me. 4 stars on the shells 5 stars on customer service.
