Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Nosler Custom cartridge brass is created to exact dimensional standards and tolerances using quality materials for maximum accuracy, consistency potential and long case life. Nosler brass is full prepped and ready to reload. Case mouths are chamfered and deburred. Each case is hand inspected and weight-sorted. Flash holes are deburred and checked for proper alignment. This is not loaded ammunition.

...even though the label on the box described the brass as fully prepped.. I still felt I needed to uniform the necks with a mandrel after running all of the cases through a body die... that's just me... I am sure they could be primed, charged with powder and seat a projectile right out of the box... I have done the same with Lapua and Peterson as well... over all they are very nice pieces of brass.. In my opinion on par with the other premium brands...

This brass makes lapua brass look like junk. Everything is done for you inside and out. Very consistent in weight and dimensions. This is match grade brass. I’m looking forward to loading and shooting them this spring and Graf and Son what can I say. Great price and fast shipping.
