 LEE 6.5 PRC COLLET NECK DIE

I have been using these for many years on several cartridges - the 6.5 PRC is the latest. I full length size without the expander & decap pin then neck size with the Lee collet die.The decap mandrel has been redesigned with a stepped mandrel, multi diameter with the decap pin on the end.This guides the mandrel into the case. Brass necks are compressed around the mandrel. No case lube is needed. Adjust the die in the press to enable the brass neck to compressed with moderate force on press handle down stroke. Periodically disassemble collet & collet sleeve and clean to prevent collet sticking & crushing case. I F/L size to ensure easy magazine feeding in my bolt guns. The Lee Collet die is the last step. It provides accurate ammo with no bullet run-out and helps with consistent neck tension.
