I was having problems crimping and seating in the same set (cases were crumpling/ folding on one side) with the RCBS .50 AE die set so I purchased a duplicate combination seat/ crimp die and separating the steps worked flawlessly.

RCBS dies are great, only brand I use. The taper crimp die gives a nice even crimp, I am very satisfied.

I purchased the RCBS Taper crimp/seater die because I was having trouble with the Lee crimp/seater die, not to say Lee dies are not of good quality. I use the Lee factory crimp dies for all the calibers I reload but they do not make one for 50AE. The RCBS taper crimp die used in separate steps after seating solved my issues with the projectile staying secured in the case on my Desert Eagle 50AE. Graf & Son's not only had it in stock but had the best pricing. Shipping was flat rate and super quick. You can't go wrong with Graf & Son's!
