Montana X-treme nylon bore brushes have extremely stiff, heavy bristles that provide an excellent aid to removing stubborn powder and copper fouling. Ammonia and oil based cleaners will not easily dissolve these bristles as they will with bronze brushes. All brushes are the standard 8-32 thread except for the 17 and 20 caliber brushes which are the 5-40 thread. These nylon brushes are the highest quality bore cleaning brushes available.

great synthetic brush

These are much better than brass or bronze which don't last in some solvents. They are stiff enough.
