CT Ballistic Silvertip bullets are aerodynamically efficient, impact extruded, boattail designs made expressly to maximize long-range bullet stability and accuracy. In varmint weights they are constructed for instantaneous, violent expansion on varmints. In hunting weights, jackets have been thickened and cores hardened to blend generous expansion with judicious penetration-ideal for light and medium game at extended ranges.
This is not loaded ammunition.

Nosler .338 200 gr Ballistic Silvertip

I haven't shot any of these yet, but compared them to an old box of the now discontinued 200 gr Ballistic Tips which shot very well for me. The shape is very similar but these new 200s are a tad sleeker with what I measure as being c.012" shorter, but also having a c.055" shorter bearing length.
4 stars until I shoot them to see if they're as accurate as the old BTs.
The black coating (not moly) is said to give better speed with less pressure, or maybe just reduce fouling depending on which internet source you read.
