Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

???? 5.56 NATO ????

I really have to question if this brass is 5.56 NATO spec.
Federal head stamped "FC at 12 o'clock over 24 at 6 o'clock". There is no NATO cross in a circle marking. Blue primer sealant and the primers don't appear to be crimped. Case necks are annealed. I'm sure they will work fine, but I won't use them for full auto fire.
