Our hand priming tool not only seats primers quickly, it's also the safest. A patented safety mechanism separates the seating operation from the primer supply, virtually eliminating the possiblity of tray detonation. Fits in your hand for portable primer seating. Primer tray installation requires no contact with the primers. Uses the same shell holders (post 1980) as RCBS presses. Made of durable cast metal. Features large and small primer plugs.

 Hand priming tool

This is the first priming tool I have used from RCBS. I got it for use with small rifle primers. I like its design better than the other brand as the priming lever is longer lessening the effort to seat the primer yet it still has good feedback. I also had a question for Graf’s customer service about what was contained in the tool’s box from RCBS and the question was answered courteously. Very happy.
I would recommend this product and Graf’s.

This is my second RCBS Hand Priming Tool for all my reloading needs I couldn’t have a better tool for the amount of reloading I do. To be honest I now have two one for rifle and one for pistol and all works out just fine for me. I normally reload 40 to 50 rounds If your doing a large amount of reloading at one time this my not be the Primer tool you need

This hand primer is an improved design, with the primer rod link being in one piece instead of two. Changing from large to small primer rod link, and changing shell holders is much easier, with no chance of the hand primer coming apart as in the old model. Positive primer seating with less effort too. Highly recommended.
