Now you can quickly compare headspace and bullet seating depths within .001 of an inch. The “Instant Indicator” quickly checks the headspace from the case shoulder to the base. This information is critical for setting up your sizing die to achieve the precise amount of shoulder bump. To compare bullet seating depths simply insert a standard Redding sizing bushing of the proper bore diameter for the caliber you are using. Supplied with instructions to check and quickly compare overall case lengths and bullet base to ogive.

Great addition to your reloading tool box. This gauge is much easier to use than a caliper. Uniformity in measurement consistency is outstanding. A must have for consistent reloading. Best of all Grafs has best deals around and great shipping time.

This is the coolest tool I have to help improve the accuracy of my reloads and hopefully, my accuracy at the range. It is several tolerance tools in one. You can check cartridge headspace, COAL, from the bullet ogive, bullet length from the Ogive, trim length of the cartridge. And they include a "screw on cap" that takes the place of your reloading press so you can use the instant indicator at the range. I started with one for .223/.5.56 and liked it so much, I bought one for .308. I intend to buy one for 30.06 and .270. If there is a downside it is that they are caliber specific.
Not a cheap tool but a multi-tasker that is well worth the price. You can buy one with the dial indicator or if you already have a dial indicator, you can just buy the tool without the indicator.
