Well made, secure, inexpensive, minimum size yet perfectly carries 50 heavy.45 Auto rounds. This 50 round ammo box fits & carries in my range and other bags perfectly. Being of the hinged type is is easy to use in cold weather.

I bought these when they went on sale (Item #: BY408C). This box has no problem with 45ACP ammo being loaded to maximum OAL for a 1911. I have other boxes, both hinged and flip-style. I prefer the hinged because they stay open while you are adding or removing cartridges. The see-through top is a bonus, as it allows you to see the projectile without opening the box. They stack firmly and do not slide. I would recommend these to other reloaders or anyone who wanted to store their ammo in a sturdy, easy-to-use box.

I have used Berry ammo boxes for all calibers of ammo for about 3 years now and they are great. I first tried them from Graf's because I was unhappy with other brands I had used. NOW, the NEWLY updated Berry boxes are even better. The see- through color scheme is fantastic and the new design gives a better hinge. I have never had any Berry box fail but Berry has chosen to improve on their product anyway. I am sold!

I really like these ammo boxes with a hinge. Makes it a snap to load ammo in when the lid lays flat. Plus, they are half the price of some ammo boxes that don't work near as good.
