Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Quality cartridge brass

Recently bought 2 bags, out of the 40, 9 were unusable due to cracks completely through the necks or mouths. Graf was willing to return the complete bags, but then I am out shipping on my end from the initial purchase, called Quality cartridge, they were out of stock and also wanted the bags returned on my dime. Buyer beware, the brass is too expensive to take a chance on.
