These are the balance between the FTX and traditional bullets. They have a more truncated cone type of shape than anything else in the 30-30 category which I think it lends itself to better aerodynamic performance vs typical round and flat nosed designs. PPU always delivers consistent quality at a value price and these are no exception.

These and other bullets have always shown great performance and accuracy and the low cost doesn't hurt either.

I purchased these because I could not find any factory 30/30 ammo. These load easily with my Lee dies and have produced very good groups in my 1894 and H&R single shot. They are a high quality bullet at a great price. I intend to buy more before they too are sold out.

I loaded these for my old 336. Works just as well as more expensive stuff. What's not to like!

tried this bullet in 308 as a varmint bullet, above 2700fps, test medium has it shedding jacket violently, which is what i'm looking for. I haven't kilt anything with it yet but I loaded it on top of several different powders and the best groups (varget) are still over MOA, i'm not sure that will work for me. i'll add to review after I use it in the real world some. I ordered the SP version to check that projectile out too
