Hoppes not what they used to be

The rod for .22 through .30 is not likely to stand up to any tight patch work. It bends very easily and the assembly screw sections are so lightly impressed...doubt they will last long. Graf is a great company to deal with and carries more expensive and better made items. Honestly I was looking for something inexpensive to throw in my range bag to get some patches through quickly after shooting; so, I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this cleaning rod.
