Exceptional .284 Brass!

I run my .284's pretty hot and this brass is holding up great. I have 6 loadings through some of it and it hasn't missed a beat. Primer pockets still tight and neck tension is still consistent. I have not annealed them yet and don't see a reason to so far. I love this brass. It is holding up better than my Lapua brass and is a LOT less expensive. Now if only I could find some 6.5 and 300 PRC Petersons brass........ Best stuff I have used so far.

Brass is very consistent. Sample of 50 weighed an average of 210.2 grains with a variation of +/-.85 grains. for a total spread of 1.7 grains. Works out to a 0.8% variance in weight. I have seen the same consistency in the Peterson 260 and 6 BR brass I use. Love this brass and I am slowly switching over from the Lapua I have been using.

Peterson's makes some of the most consistent brass I have ever used and that includes Lapua and Norma. The best part of the Peterson's brass is no donut from up sizing. Just turn the necks and go! Great product and I have several other calibers of Peterson brass.
Looks real nice

Time will tell how the primer pockets hold up.
Neck's are very consistent, between .0165 to .017
Turned them all to .0125 and sending them to a 1000.
Time will tell..Have some Hydroformed Lapua that I can run a comparison with to see what hold's up better.

It may sound like a skipping record here, but what others are saying is just plain true, this is very uniform brass. The neck thickness and weight consistency is second to none. Much better, and easier, than necking up Lapua, and it is no contest against other brass (Norma, Winchester etc...), Peterson brass is the way to go.

Very uniform including neck thickness. Turned necks to 0.0145" and ALL 100 case necks cleaned up 100%. Great product at a very reasonable price.

Hands down the best brass for .284 win. Yes better than necked-up Lapua .Far superior to norma, winchester etc. r. Try it, you won't be sorry!

This brass is very consistent in both weight and appearance. The necks measure .0165 to 0170 in thickness and they turned nicely. The primer pockets are nice an uniform. I have fired it twice and so far things are look good. I'm ordering more!
