Gold Dot is a bullet in which I have used for many years in my H&K .40 S&W and my Glock .45 ACP. Always a great bullet, not the 'newest' projectile, but always had great accuracy, no failures to feed or extract. Hope I don't have the need for self defense, but these are something you can use with confidence. Tried out of my Springfield Hellcat Pro OSP with great success.

Not the newest projectile available, but proven effective for a long time. Used by many police departments. Feeds reliably.
I pray that I never have to use it for its intended purpose but have confidence that it will do what it's supposed to if the unthinkable happens.

I chronographed the rounds at 10 feet so I can work up a similar load. They were clocked at 1117 fps from a 3.5” tube and 1194 fps from a 4.5” tube. All fed and fired with no problems.
