Bipod mated perfectly without marring the stock on my Sako 205 Ruger bolt gun, and is an ideal height for a sitting position when fully extended. Varmints beware!! Four star rating is due to legs needing slight inward pressure to retract...should improve with repeated use. This is my 4th Harris bipod, but the first "tall one". Great quality for the price.
