You will also need a Lee cutter and lock stud to make this work.
This tool almost eliminates the need for a caliper. Assemble this with the cutter and lock stud, insert a resized deprimed case in the assembly, and cut/trim the case until the cutter stops cutting. The cutter stops when the case is the correct trimmed length. After a quick deburring, the case is ready to go.
Because this tool is so accurate, I use it to insert a trimmed case in my Lyman trimmer for calibration. If I have a bunch of cases to trim, the Lyman is faster. For 15 or 20 cases, I don't even get the Lyman out. A very simple and useful tool.
