LEE SIX PACK PRO 6000 KIT 9mm LUGER
Product Information
The culmination of nearly 40 years of progressive press design and production. Years of comments and suggestions have been incorporated into this new press.
Pistol Six Pack Pro Kit includes Six pack progressive press, Deluxe Auto drum powder measure, shell plate, Universal 5 tube case feed magazine, and Lee breech lock dies (carbide full length sizing die, powder through expanding die, bullet seating die, and instructions with load data). Carbide factory crimp die is sold separately, available as an accessory.
Features:
- Six stations allow any brand of die be used -- in line bullet feed dies, powder check dies and such.
- Simple and reliable automatic indexing -- just one moving part, replaceable in seconds, no tools required and never requires adjustment.
- Stroke and clearance sufficient for largest magnum rifle cases. Uses the same all steel linkage found on our Classic Cast 50 BMG press.
- Massive 28.4mm ram glides through 82 mm of solid steel giving the ram over 7300 mm2 of solid support.
- Spent primer tube collects dirty, gritty spent primers.
- All dies securely fastened in the upper die carrier with Lee Smart Lock bushings. No more turret or tool head to replace or move during use.
- Automatic priming system - simple, reliable and safe with any brand or size of primer. Primes at the bottom of stroke so all six stations are available for operations.
- Automatic case inserter works with any case. Cases can be manually fed through the convenient loading port. Includes the Lee case feed magazine, works with most hand gun cases and all AR rifle cases.
- Easy to set case retainers on every station. No springs, plugs or buttons to loose or tinker with.
- Cartridge changeover in seconds, including primer size with no adjustments.
- Automatic case ejector reliably whisks away your completed round to the ammo bin. Press includes combination tool rack, bin bracket, along with free ammo bin.

By Dan C. on Jan 27, 2023For the money, this thing is getting the job done, but I have to call out a few things to watch out for. 1. a single spring is used to move the primer slide back and forth and if not careful, the slider can bind causing the spring to get mangled if the press stroke is completed. The case feed also has just a single spring pushing slider back and forth but that hasn't broken on me yet. 2. There is a small plastic cam under the baseplate, which drives the indexing by riding up and down on a flat rod with a twist in it. That thing is fragile and I broke mine immediately on first use, perhaps while disassembling and reassembling to make sure I understood the setup of it.
Lee provided free replacement parts but I can see I will want couple of those on hand for next time. I can picture the frustration if someone is heavy handed with the press lever and not paying enough attention to each operation they will be breaking stuff right away. Build speed very slowly and stop moving the handle immediately if something does not 'feel right' especially with primer seating. Changing to another caliber is easier than expected (shell plate, dies, perhaps swap one part real quick for primer size). Overall, I've now reloaded a few hundred rounds through it and happy, considering the lower price point on this machine and the fact that where there are fragile parts Lee is pretty good about replacing. I think I can go reload another thousand now that I have a little more feel for this machine.
