Lee 40 S&W Pistol 4-Die Set. Includes Carbide Full Length Sizing Die, Bullet Seating Die, Powder Thru Expanding Die, Carbide Factory Crimp Die, Universal Shell Holder, Powder Dipper and Instructions/Load Data.
Note: can be used to load the 10mm Auto. Back out the bullet seating die and powder through expanding die 1 3/4 turns. 10mm Load Data is found in "Modern Reloading". Can also be used to reload the 41 Action Express. The powder through expander and bullet seating die would have to be backed out approximately two turns. The load data included with the dies can not be used with the 41 Action Express, it would have to be obtained through one of your favorite powder manufacturers.

Cheap 10mm reloading dies

These dies produced very nice, uniform cartridges, but the carbide insert ripped out of the sizing die after less than 200 uses. The carbide ring appears to have been secured via only a very light press fit and some kind of glue. The failure occurred when sizing a SIG 10mm case, which seems to be harder brass than most, but I am still surprised that the die failed so quickly. None of my Hornady or RCBS sizing dies have had any issues, so that is likely where I will look for a replacement.

I've loaded over a 1000 rnds of 40 s&w with mine also 10mm these dies are the only dies you will ever need. Had to buy rcbs for my 270 and I don't like them, pain to set up and cost more. I wouldn't buy any other dies. I have 8 different die sets and one RCBS .Lee is the way to go. Loader is a dillon 550 they work flawless with it.

I use Lee Dies exclusively. The 4 die carbide sets are the only way to go. Perfect crimp every time.

I reload several different calibers but never .40. now I now own two .40 pistols. I always heard people had problems reloading .40 that had feed problems. I reloaded 100 rounds with this die set and fired them in both pistols without a glitch. LEE dies work great.

I read about people having problems loading cartridges that feed reliably in their pistols. That isn't a problem with the Lee Factory Crimp Die and separating the seating and crimping function simplifies things significantly. Very happy.
